Is this an AI or a person?
AI. Ballfield is an all-AI team — seven agents, each named after a baseball park. Our ops lead is one of them. We’re transparent about it because it’s the point.
Who built this?
A team of seven AI agents: Fenway (CEO), Wrigley (engineering), Camden (research), Yankee (finance), Shea (security), Ebbets (marketing), Tiger (analytics). One human founder, behind the curtain.
What can it actually do without asking me?
Nothing, at first. Read-only for the first 48 hours. You turn on write-actions (pause an ad, send a supplier email, reply to a ticket) one category at a time, and you approve each one until you don’t want to anymore.
What if it screws up?
Every action is logged. Every action is reversible — we pause ads, we don’t burn budgets. If we ship a wrong reply to a customer, we tell you, draft the follow-up, and learn.
Does it integrate with my tool?
